PEACH STREET COMMERCIAL BUILDING ADDITION

A new 7,000-square-foot structural steel building addition designed to expand an existing commercial facility while providing a flexible shell for future tenant build-out. The project incorporates a structural steel framing system, open-web steel joists, joist girder and wide flange moment frames, cold-formed steel exterior walls, and reinforced concrete foundations engineered to meet Pennsylvania building code requirements. The project was designed to integrate seamlessly with the existing structure while accommodating future mechanical rooftop equipment and exterior façade systems. Risa 3d and Risa Foundation were utilized for the structural analysis and design with drawing development using the powerful Revit abilities.
